The main character dealing with PTSD from his experience in WWII and the horrible events that caused him to enlist at 15 yrs old was an amazingly brutal story that changed how I looked at war. Truly a disturbing but beautiful and important novel.

This reminds me of the Dolittle trailer. Its so sad how the horror genre funds and advertises for the trash it's been displaying in the media, while these hidden gems remain for the true horror fans out there seeking that taste of thrill one more time. Bravo.

If I was to do a grand witch makeup tutorial, which of the looks should I do. Leave the original as it is. Why to make another sequel? The original was traumatizing and very good with actual makeup. This looks funnily fantasy rather than scary.

It looks overprocessed and not scary at all. The thing about the original is that even though it was based on a childrens book, it didnt feel like a kids movie. I was actually scared as a kid, in a good way. Its meant to make you feel uneasy at all ages. The graphics are overdone here and make it feel cartoony taking away its charm altogether. Its like Stuart Little part 2. Not everything geared towards a general audience has to be comedic and cartoony. Disappointed.
